These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and pakjp concerning your access to and use of this website, its information, account functions and any casino, live dealer or sports betting services made available through it. By continuing to use pakjp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and responsible gambling requirements.

Each person may maintain only one pakjp Account unless written approval expressly permits otherwise. You must provide your true legal name, date of birth, address and contact information. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or operated on behalf of another person.

You are responsible for keeping your pakjp username, password and one-time security codes confidential. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless investigation establishes otherwise.

• Documents must be genuine, legible and unaltered except for permitted masking.
• Names on the Account and payment method should correspond.
• False information may result in suspension, closure or cancellation of affected transactions.

Available pakjp payment options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. Display of a payment brand does not guarantee permanent availability. Minimum and maximum amounts, fees and processing times may vary by method, verification status and operational review.

Deposits must come from lawful funds under your control. Third-party funding may be rejected. Withdrawals ordinarily return to a verified method associated with the Account where operationally possible. pakjp may perform security, turnover, fraud or compliance checks before approving a withdrawal. Estimated processing windows are not guarantees, particularly where further documentation is required.

You must review all transaction details before confirming them. pakjp is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account information, a bank or eWallet provider, scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control.

A pakjp promotion may be subject to eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum stakes, expiry periods and withdrawal limits. You must read the specific terms before accepting a bonus. Promotional credits are not cash and may be removed when they expire or when applicable conditions are not met.

You must use pakjp lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using false identity information or another person's payment method;
• Opening duplicate Accounts to obtain promotions or avoid restrictions;
• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping or coordinated betting intended to create an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or unauthorised software to interact with pakjp;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• Laundering funds or using pakjp for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Abusing support staff, submitting fraudulent chargebacks or exploiting an obvious technical error.

pakjp may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict an Account, withhold affected transactions, require evidence and report activity where legally required. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and verified entitlement.

pakjp is for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. You should establish deposit, loss and session limits that reflect money you can afford to lose after essential expenses. Do not borrow to gamble, chase losses or play while distressed, intoxicated or under pressure.

Available controls may include cooling-off periods, deposit limits and self-exclusion. A self-excluded person must not attempt to create another pakjp Account or ask another person to gamble on their behalf. The pakjp name, logo, page design, original text, graphics and website arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable permission to use the website for lawful private purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify or commercially exploit pakjp material without prior written permission. You may not remove ownership notices or falsely suggest sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by pakjp.

pakjp aims to provide reliable access but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available Services. Maintenance, connectivity failures, device issues, cyber incidents, provider interruptions and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakjp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, lost opportunities, reliance on displayed information or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.

You may request closure of your pakjp Account subject to pending transactions, verification and responsible gambling procedures. pakjp may suspend or close an Account where required for security, legal compliance, breach investigation, prolonged inactivity or protection of the user and platform.

Before closure, pakjp may settle valid pending wagers, remove expired bonuses and complete necessary checks. Treatment of a remaining verified cash balance will follow applicable rules. Requests connected with gambling harm may be processed as self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure.

pakjp may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational or product changes. Material revisions will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and specific activity rules, form the entire agreement regarding your use of pakjp.
